Your service will begin with an in-depth conversation all about your skin, your skincare routine and lifestyle habits, followed by a thorough skin analysis.

 

Your treatment will include the following along with warm towels, and massage of the scalp, hands, arms,  décolletage, neck, shoulders and face.

Preparing for your service.
  • Be sure not to use any physical or chemical exfoliants for at least four days prior to your service.

  • Complete your Skincare Intake form as thoroughly as possible.

  • Be ready to discuss the skincare and makeup products that you are currently using.

  • Avoid wearing makeup to your appointment.

  • Wear comfortable clothing. You will disrobe to the level that your are comfortable.

Spa Etiquette.
  • Arrive a few minutes ahead of your appointment time to allow for traffic.

  • Turn off your cell phone and leave it in your bag.

  • Arrive showered and with brushed teeth.

  • Maintain a peaceful environment by speaking softly.

  • Please speak up if you are experiencing any discomfort during your service.

  • Gratuity is appreciated, but not required.

After your service.
  • Stay hydrated! This will help your lymphatic system remove toxins and keep your skin dewy!

  • Avoid direct sun exposure. You will have SPF on, but will be susceptible to sunburn.

  • Avoid sweating or working out for at least 24 hours to prevent a histamine response.

  • Avoid wearing makeup for at least a few hours post-service.

  • Use the appropriate home care products to maintain the results of your service.

  • Why do you need my credit card to book an appointment?
    I need a credit card on file to accept your appointment booking in case you forget your appointment or cancel in less than 24 hours. When appointments are booked and not kept, I miss the opportunity to share that time with other guests.
  • What forms of payment can you accept?
    I accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. Please note, I still require a card on file if you intend to pay with cash or check. If your check is returned, there is a $25 non-refundable, returned-check fee that will be charged to your card on file.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service cost which may be applied towards a service booked within 30 days of the cancellation. The cancellation fee collected may not be transferred nor applied towards product purchases. No-call, no-show bookings will be charged 50% of the service cost. This fee is non-refundable and may not be applied toward future services. Gift Certificate and Groupon no-call/no-shows will forfeit their certificate. Booking an appointment online or via communication with Regina, indicates acceptance of these terms.
  • Do I need to remove my makeup for a facial?
    No, I can remove your makeup!
  • How often should I get a facial?
    Facials are recommended every 4-6 weeks to help aid in the cell turn over process which happens approximately every 30 days. As we age, this cell turn over process slows down, contributing to dull, sallow-looking skin, fine lines, wrinkles, blackheads, congestion, and coarsely textured skin. Monthly facials assist your body in having more efficient cell turnover. The exceptions are Microcurrent services and NeoLifting massage services. These services can be performed on a weekly basis.
  • What product lines do you use?
    I use and retail Skin Script RX and Viktoria De'Ann. I also use products by Martinni Beauty, Esthemax, Green Envee and Hale & Hush.
  • I have a cold sore, do I need to reschedule?
    If you are receiving a facial treatment, it's best that you reschedule. Facial treatments, massage, and waxing may further inflame the cold sore.
  • What is your return policy?
    Products must be returned within 30 days and must contain at least 50% of the product. All products may be exchanged or refunded.
  • I'm an expecting mom, can I receive a facial service?
    Absolutely! I have products that are free of acids, fragrances, and dyes so you and your little one will be safe!
